Mr. Adnan has over 20 years of investment research, energy related finance, corporate strategy and direct investment experience on working in different auditing or accounting firms before.

As Chief Executive Officer and Director, Mr. Adnan has overall responsibility for managing Development Institute (DISC), including oversight of the investment decision-making process and strategy. Handling DISC when it was founded in early 2008, he’s handling the following significant matter:

Authority to Establish a Course

He had established different courses including the course topics/modules of one specific course by his own. Having enough knowledge in accounting, financing, auditing, investing and research strategies, he had the authority to establish courses like SMAD (School Management & Administration Diploma) and CPSA (Certified Professional Senior Auditor). Through establishing these courses, he had proven his role in investing a course, doing the first step and making the right decision for the Institute.

Adopting Courses from Other Association

Some other courses in DISC are associated and certified from different organization inside and outside the country, like ASCA (Arab Society of Certified Accountant) and ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification). Mr. Adnan made the communication and builds a good relation with these organizations. He believes that a good relation is one key in making successful investment decisions.

Promotes Strong Corporate Governance and Effective Team

Mr. Adnan, together with DISC team are strong believers that sound corporate governance practices combined with an effective, engaged executive officers with a broad range of skills and experience are critical to the success of our education training company.

Member of DISC's Executive Officer, Investment and Strategy Committee

The Investment and Strategy committee includes the establisher, the CEO and Director, auditor & financial consultant, principal and business development manager. As CEO and Director, he is responsible for DISC's investment activities where he leads the team responsible for managing existing courses investments, identifying and developing new course investment opportunities by building new professional courses and certification accredited by different authorized associations.
